Morning Yoga Practice

I recently had a getaway in the forest near Yosemite National Park. There’s a feeling of peace and calm when one is surrounded by trees. I recorded this gentle 25-minute yoga practice in the morning, but you can use this anytime you want to relax and release tension.


Find a place indoors or outdoors where you can completely relax without interruption. You might want a block or cushion nearby. Click below to play yoga video.

Continue with a standing yoga practice that is slightly more physically active and perfect for a pre-hike stretch.
